Q2. What are the entry requirements to the College?


The requirements for entry into the College are: a) (i) five credits in the sciences subject of WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sitting.
(ii) A candidate applying for admission shall be physically and mentally sound.


Q3. When is the College starting admission?


The College opens admission by May and November of every year. sound.


Q4. What are the available programs?


For now, the College is offering Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery programs. It’s also making preparation to commence ND and HND programs as efforts are put in place towards that. sound.


Q6. What is the duration of the programs?


Both Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery are three (3) years programs.


Q7. What certificate one is going to obtain at graduation?


On Graduation, the College will issue RN; (Registered Nurse) for those that undergoes basic Nursing training and RM; (Registered Midwife) for those that undergoes training for basic Midwifery. Also Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN) will give the successful graduates of the College a License that will enable them to practice here in Nigeria and abroad

No, the college as an institution entrusted to train potential personnel that will take care of the people’s life and health has to make sure that extensive training of the schedule duration of three (3) years is fully exhausted for it to produce professional and best Nurses and Midwifes. abroad
